Privacy

This page explains what this website and the Assignwise app do with information. It is short because we collect very little.

This website

The website has no accounts, no tracking, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies. If you send us a quote request, it is an ordinary email from you to us, and we use it only to reply.

The site's typefaces are served from the site itself, so no outside company is contacted when you read it. Our web host may keep standard server logs.

The Assignwise app

The app is for clients we invite. We create each login. The app stores a username, a display name, and the tasks, progress steps and comments that you and your writer enter. This data is kept with Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). The app asks for no location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or advertising permissions, and contains no ads.

You can delete your account inside the app under Settings, then Delete my account. This removes your login and profile and takes your name off your comments.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, email [email protected].

Children

Our services and the app are for adults.
